The bats coming around to compliment our strong pitching.

We're still tinkering with the lineup. We're pretty much set on Nos. 1-4, but 5-9 is still unsettled. We need to figure that out and see where our offense goes from there.

The [Mike]McCarthy kid threw well for Lyman Hall. And West Haven threw their best pitchers at us.

Our strength will, obviously, be starting pitching.

We finally broke out our hitting shoes. The middle-of-the-lineup guys hit well.
