It's always great to see someone be able to grow and get promoted from within our own company. Finally, Russ brings passion, energy, excellence and hard work to the job he does, all excellent qualities for a PD and leader.

So far it has had no impact. We've looked at 'time spent listening' in our industry over the last two or three years, and it hasn't had an impact on how long people are listening to our broadcasts.

Our impetus was to help a Pennsylvania company fend off outside corporate maneuvering.

In their view, the universal distribution that comes with being bundled into Windows always assures victory for Microsoft. Our company is not doing too well because of this.

With the support this event gets from the community and the [Aspen] Skiing Company, it makes me motivated to keep doing it. It takes something to motivate and drive me every year. I'm feeling the love and the support to keep it going.

In order to stand out in this field, a competitive company like Zebra must continually prove its ability to be innovative and to deliver the product. Technology needs both invention and execution. Some companies excel at innovation. Others are renowned for their effective implementation of new products, services and strategies. Companies like Zebra who excel at both are true leaders in their field.
