It's already a concern that teenagers and college-age kids go to Juarez to drink, and I'm worried they are going to be encouraged to try harder drugs because it won't be against the law.

When we encourage kids to drink, we're putting them at risk of dying.

We have to do something about what's going on. It's saddening and distressing to me that there's a lot of things that we've done, and the problem is only getting worse. We've got to find new ways of addressing the issue.

When they drink such a large amount in a short time they're putting their life in danger.

There has been an increase in underage arrests. They don't want parents called because they don't know they're in Juarez.

Teenagers are going to be teenagers. I was the same way when I was that age, ... But, I told them what I expect from them as far as discipline goes. There job is to set an example for the rest of the school. And, I told them, 'If you don't believe me, try me.'
