It's a sign of optimism. It's a sign of a fire that is no longer running across the landscape.

(Monday) the fire got running a little but and we weren't able to get line entirely in place, ... We now have a line across the top of the fire.

As I called the fire department, we had a gentleman come running out. He was burned.

It's like running into a burning building and trying to buy fire insurance.

After that, I felt like I was on fire. I just kept running around, trying to get open.

All of the sudden everything just started crashing and catching on fire and people hollering and running.
