It's a mutual understanding - we know what they have to go through, they know what we have to go through, it's kind of a common bond. College players have that relationship, we have that same deal.

It doesn't take a whole lot of effort to get it going. We just bring a few chairs, some water and a few balls.

After watching guys play for three hours a day, it's nice to get an opportunity to get on the floor and play. We've got a few guys who played in high school, so did they. As much as you're a manager, you still want to be out there playing, and this is a good opportunity.

It's hard to be judgmental once you've been around the world... it's pretty hard to be anything but understanding, and I think it's good for everybody to get out and see someplace other than where you grew up.

Not everything is understood the way it is presented and not everyone presents the way it is understood.
