It's a mental race. If you don't go in with the right attitude it's easy to quit.

Look at New Orleans. They're in the race. It's going to be a fight to the end. But right now, it's too early to look at the standings and [say] we're here or we're there.

Anyone with the right attitude and an open mind can be a volunteer.

The confidence that we have in our teammates helps us run well. We know they're counting on us. They know we're counting on them, so when it does get mentally hard, there's an extra incentive to run.

The hardest thing is to have all four guys run well the same day. But it's also the most rewarding thing.

It's a one-trick-pony tactic because they know they've got a nag in the race. They're backing the wrong horse.
