It's a joke. The Daily News is trying to destroy this gossip column, and Stern is a casualty of a paranoid billionaire who had an ax to grind with the Post.

She's not an overpowering pitcher but she pitches in spots and hits her spots well. I think she was trying a little too hard today which got her out of the rhythm a little bit. Sometimes in a big rivalry game, you push a little too much.

The next step, hopefully, is this investigation keeps rolling in the direction it is. Hopefully there's some additional leads that are followed up on. Hopefully there's some resolution.
