It's a combination of community folks, people in particular from downtown and stakeholders in that particular neighborhood, and city staff.

We're going to ask them to come in and give a presentation to the selection committee, and then get down to making a recommendation to the city manager.

Our residents can view public presentations, latest renderings, site and floor plans, the latest status of the project and our anticipated schedule for completion.

I do not know what those discussions are, who they've been held with and how that's going to unfold.

How that's all going to shake out, the city doesn't know. But based on the calls we've had and the inquiries we've had, we believe there's going to be some quality proposals that come in.
