It's a big one for us. It speaks to the caliber of developers who are recognizing our value. These guys are players.

It's a little off the beaten path, it's hard to get in and out of and there's high taxes. But we're ready to jump in and get the place sold.

There's not enough inventory, regionally speaking. That's why I do a back flip every time somebody talks spec - because we desperately need it.

Nobody disagrees with the value of a class.

It just sort of gets us focused, gets us going, kinda know why we're here.

They're still a very good team. They've beaten us before, so I wouldn't count them out.
