All those jobs have simply gone away, disappeared.

We intend no one to lose their jobs.

I think Dick is certainly capable of doing both jobs, and we'd certainly be happy with him being named. But we also wouldn't be upset if the board chose someone else.

The missing link is jobs. But I would guess the odds are 70 or 80 percent that we're going to see strong job growth in the next few months.
