It'll be different and a new building; there's nothing wrong with that. It's an old building and needed some repairs. It's a good location.

It's great, because the building is only 2 years old. It was damaged by the big snowstorm (in spring 2003) and rebuilt, so this is perfect.

We've had previous slides, but nothing of this magnitude. Emergency repairs won't start until the hillside stabilizes.

I have done nothing wrong,

We are always building new hangars, warehouses and other needed buildings, but we never get to the point where we build houses,

As such, (he) was responsible for all repairs. He had to be notified even for minor repairs, and he was the only one who was permitted to do major work.
