It's not just what Christian fiction lacks I appreciate - it's what it offers. The variety is vast: contemporary, historical, suspense, mysteries, adventure, young adult, romance, fantasy, science fiction.

(D)reams are like that: they go in and out of memories and scenes, but they're never real. They're never real, and I hate them because they aren't.

It’s too dangerous…I would never be able to forgive myself if something happened to him. I wouldn’t be able to bare it. Forgiveness would be out of the question; beyond my ability. I would never be able to forget that the boy I loved was hurt…or worse…because he came to this world. Because of me.

But when there's no hope to be found anywhere, even the tiniest chance is worth taking.
