It wasn't our best performance. We lost the other two (championship) matches to kids we had beaten before, and that's not something you like to see at this time of the year. Hopefully we can rebound from that.

He's a unique kid. He's wrestled so much, and he knows what he's capable of. He really felt confident. We watched the tape (of the previous match with Weakley) again last night and (Moore) knew he didn't wrestle very well the last time, and he wanted to go out and make a statement. And he did.

We didn't want to be in a hole in the last round, but we really stepped up in a lot of places. Those are pretty big wins for those three.

He knew what the situation was going in and he really didn't want to make a mistake. I think he kind of wrestled that way. I don't think it's very indicative of how good he is. I think he was just making sure he got the win.

The table was set for us to come in and do that. We just had to come out and put it all together.

I am certainly pleased with their performance at the county tournament, everyone who won All-County honors and the kids who didn't. They all wrestled competitively.
