It wasn't my idea to leave Cheshire. I wasn't planning on leaving Cheshire.

There are times when the actual experience of leaving something makes you wish desperately that you could stay, and then there are times when the leaving reminds you a hundred times over why exactly you had to leave in the first place.

To leave a place is to die a little

Fare thee well, fare thee well / I am leaving, yes I'll leave it all to you

To leave a book is like leaving the better part of oneself.

Maybe you leave
because you long to know.
Maybe you leave
not because of longing
but because you must.
Or maybe you leave
simply to find the answers
you’ve held inside of you
all along.
