It was two of my better years of my life. Coach Stratton was a motivator and recruited some talent you wouldn't believe for a small school.

I wasn't really sure what to expect coming into the season. I knew David had talent, but I certainly didn't expect him to be undefeated this late in the season.

He's done a tremendous job in the time he has been up there and there's some talent on that team. In a couple of years they will be a force to reckon with.

We're excited about this game. We're excited about the opportunity to play a team like Lemoore. Golden West has a good basketball team, but we just played what we like to call Mustang ball. We're a tough team to beat when we play like this.

Lemoore is going to let us know exactly where we are in Division 2. I have to problem with playing Union in the final. It will be a tough challenge, and something Tulare fans would like to see, but playing Lemoore will let us know where we are, and what we need to work on.

I thought Cottrell stepped up really well today with the rebounding and his defensive intensity on the court.
