It was time for the upgrade. The place is old and needs a little fixing up.

I've been taking care of other people's golf courses for 15 years, and it's been my lifelong dream to have my own course. This is like winning the lottery. I feel like the new sheriff in town, and I'm fired up about it.

Everyone seems to like [the repairs], but there's still a lot more that needs to be done around here. But, it's a start and it was well overdue.

Our number one priority [now] is to fix the heating and air condition unit throughout the entire building.

My church is in Hammond, my daughter and her family is in Hammond, my doctors are in Munster. Most everything I do is east of here.

We are encouraging people along State Line to put up more signs and make calls.
