It was some type of a mechanical failure. There was nothing unusual happening.

When it went, it went all of a sudden.

Our goal is to work with you. We need input from you.

The whole idea is to provide a project with a minimal amount of disruption. It doesn't mean no disruption to you or your customers. It isn't possible. It's an enormous undertaking. It will be painful at best.

We have to be ready to play from start to finish. I give Canon-McMillan credit. They put the ball in play, played great defense and got great pitching. They gave themselves a chance to win. We didn't do that in the first three innings.

I think there is always room for improvement from game to game, but we just have to stay focused. And we want to have fun, stay loose and play with confidence.
