It was nice to get this win, birthday or not. There's days when I wake up now, when I say, 'This is going to be a rough one.' You just have to fight through the pain.

I know it's not a one man team win or lose.

For my birthday I got a humidifier and a de-humidifier... I put them in the same room and let them fight it out.

Sure it could get rough sometimes, but life wasn't a Hollywood movie. Shit happened. You fought, you screamed, and somehow you worked like hell to get out the other side still intact.

If you grew up in a household with a football coach who looks like a drill sergeant, you would think you would be tough.

And having a strong family, you know we've lost some members of our family and had some setbacks, but I think a good family and kids all those things I thought at one time... you got to be kidding me... Those things are so important they enable you to go on.
