People feel it's worth it now. I don't want to say they felt resigned before, but there's a feeling that the tide may turn right now - this may be the thing that works.

It's a powerful way for people to know that we have not forgotten. It's reassuring to see so many people turn out to say they have not forgotten the atrocities of 1989.

They would like to have the tools with which they can hit the people and shut the people up, and I think Article 23 is one of those tools.
