It was Depression time and Peter was going to school to be a machinist. It wasn't easy when we first got married, but we managed.

It feels good that they always remember us like this. Our family has always had this closeness.

We've had our moments, but who doesn't. He has been so good to me. If there was anything I wanted and he could give it to me, he would. He is so good-hearted.

The years have gone by so fast, it doesn't seem that long at all.
