It was an amazing team effort, but it definitely was our defense. We were just staying steady and controlling the ball.

Megan Nelson was in a new position (libero) and made some stellar plays on defense.

We can achieve great things this year. I have really high hopes for the girls.

The key was our aggressive serving. Jessica and Kelsey got strings of serves going that didn't allow them to get into their offense and generated some momentum for us.

That was a true team effort. Our whole game is predicated on our defense. Tonight (Friday), we got after it and didn't let them do what they wanted.

The defense has played excellent two weeks in a row, ... I'm very happy with the effort those guys have put forth.
