When you set up your rotation and you have a guy like Randy Johnson, you certainly have a great deal of confidence. He just wasn't able to locate his pitches ... It just didn't get any easier for him.

It's certainly disappointing, ... Especially when you have a three-run lead and Randy pitching ... Especially when you're looking to win every game.

You don't want to pick your opponents because you never know what's going to happen. The Red Sox certainly are a club that you don't take lightly. We never have and we certainly understand the danger of playing this club.

Johnny was certainly the face of that ball club. They have a lot of great players, but Johnny Damon was the first guy you had to see every night. I took notice of Johnny Damon long before he got to Boston. I always felt he was a special kid.
