It was a true team effort. Its a good group of kids. They really worked hard this year.

I think she works so hard at being a coach and puts forth so much effort. Most of all she has a lot of confidence in us. I think a lot of coaches lack that confidence in their players, but she knew we could beat that team, no matter how good or bad they were, and no matter who we went up against. That is a really special quality in a coach and it's hard to find.

It obviously wasn't the result we were looking for, but our guys gave their best effort. I still feel like we can bounce back from this and have a good shot to win the tournament.

It was a great team effort. We had some different kids step up and I can't say enough about how good our team defense was all night.

I can't fault these kids' effort. They're playing their guts out and one of these nights they're going to get some (shots) to drop.

I'm proud of our kids, and it was a great effort. I just don't think this team is getting any breaks right now. These kids are putting in all the effort, and I couldn't ask for anything more. I couldn't ask for anybody to play any better, they're just not getting any breaks right now.
