It was a traumatic year with two hurricanes slamming our region. So it is especially gratifying to provide our customers great vehicles and services.

You just want to win by one. To win by over 50 percent is especially gratifying.

I am so proud of our guys, especially Dion. It is gratifying when you have a player like Dion that was with us most of the season come back after a trip to Mexico. His intensity is incomparable and his loyalty is without question.

This has been very gratifying. Customers like the open approach, and when they're happy, we're happy.

Obviously I liked what [Sternberg] said: They don't fail, ... You can see by the track record that they have -- especially at a young age -- that they haven't failed. And to be able to take upon this sort of situation, they obviously don't feel like they're going to fail either.

The hurricanes distorted a very good year.
