It shows ineptitude. There's no understanding of how to pass a legislative agenda.

This is what it's all about folks -- knowing who stands with us and knowing who stands against us.

Based on the responses and the actions of the elected representatives, we will decide on who it is that we will be targeting and working to defeat in the fall.

It simply hurts the construction workers, the ones they are asking to build their buildings in the cold of the winter or the heat of the summer.

Everyone has the understanding that the commute is very difficult. And we also have the competitive districts in Westchester, who pay more than us. So we have to make it as nice a place to work as possible.

I need to find out what the concerns are and what the understanding was when they put it into place. I want to hear from the people at the meeting about the nature of the problem before we figure out where we are and what we do.
