It seems like they're holding off (the final count) to see, exactly like they did last time, to see how many votes they need. It's unfortunate that I have to say that, but it seems that's the way it's occurring.

Cuellar has sold out on the people of the 28th District. Henry Cuellar has not been there for the people of our district.

It's a very complex bill, so we're going to take some time to examine it. But we look forward to working with Chairman Barton on these issues.
