What you have is all these various compartments, but there's no umbrella, and that's the dilemma that's emerging. You have to have a voice that can look at the big picture.

I would like to see this resolved so we're all under the same umbrella. No matter what, we'll continue to work together, but I still think we need to have some collective voice.
