It really takes a partnership to be able to do something like this.

In an effort to assist existing businesses, it was recommended to research a merchant association and have regular meetings with existing businesses to determine their needs and to pursue partnership opportunities.

At the second meeting, each group was asked to review their S.W.O.T. analysis and make sure that everything was correct. Then we focused on the opportunities and weaknesses section in an effort to develop action items and strategies. The primary action item addressed by all three groups was the need to create identity and branding for Oak Ridge North.

We carry on tranquil and mature discussions on specific issues that always come up as part of any partnership on this scale,
