It never hurts to make sure and look around. I'll tell my little brother that. Every trip I made just gave me more information.

It's good to get back. It's always good to get back and just compete.

Those (Abilene) guys are great players. They beat us this year. They know how to play and that's the biggest thing, knowing how to win and what to do to win. This is a really good recruiting class.

Tech saw what I could do before all those other schools did. That's another reason I chose them.

I got to talk to more of the players and the coaches this time. It just seemed like the right place.

I didn't really have anything else to compare Tech to. I gathered all the information I could to make a smart decision.
