It makes you realize this thing is really a business. This is your job.

It was a big part of raising my stock. People thought I couldn't run a good 40. Proving people wrong was a big part of it. Everybody doubted me. The only ones who believed in me were my coaches and my family. I always had it in my mind that I was one of the best corners out there.

Yeah, I remember that. I was not going about the business the way I was supposed to.

Each day, it just seems like there's one or two balls that I catch that I have no business catching those balls. And there's one or two balls that I should catch that I miss. It's kind of give and take. Each time I go out there, it feels more and more comfortable.

It's not as if everyone is shifting away from IT, but there are some other sectors like alternative energy, business services, and outsourcing that have drawn a little bit of interest away from IT.

I think the business of TV is changing . . . and that serialized shows make more economic sense, one being 24. What's really driving the networks' openness to this type of storytelling is that DVD sales on the back end can make it a viable financial model.
