It makes more sense to the VA if they get out of the hospital box and get more into the community care.

For us, it's more of the same. We've been doing work with the VA for some time.

We're always looking for more patients to enhance our teaching component. It would enhance us, plus you have some capacity at MCH in inpatient care. It's a win for both of our organizations and the community as well as the veterans.

I'm convinced it can work because I've made it work at another venue.

We haven't really gotten anything back as far as it's a good plan, bad plan or we're not going to consider it, so we're a little concerned that our plan isn't getting enough visibility.

The vision is really about empowering workers, giving them all the information about what's going on so they can do a lot more than they've done in the past.
