It isn't like you are replacing something (industrial and office properties) that is a precious commodity at this point. Vacancy rates are still pretty high.

The city will need to make sure that they are there to help those businesses relocate. It's in their economic self-interest to keep those businesses located within the city.

I was frustrated that just because of his name, he was getting all this ink. All he had to do was respond like everyone else and he would be one of the remaining groups. But he didn't do that.

If the overall neighborhood becomes successful (with the addition of residential), then values will go up. It will energize the area.
