It is our feeling at the foundation that the (agency) has not adequately looked at the I-5 alternatives. Our goal is to present alternatives that could prevent the destruction of the park and solve the transportation issues confronting Orange County and northeastern San Diego County now and in the future.

Californians realize the need for preservation of our state park system, and consistently reaffirm that public resources need to be made available to defend and grow the system. Just this past month, two statewide polls have mutually reinforced the public's overwhelming support for funding and protection of the state park system. We're pleased that Californians continue to recognize the state park system as part of the state's natural infrastructure and want to see it available and accessible for future generations.

This is our poster child for the moment.

Anytime we have an opportunity to reach out and share children's music and children's singing, it's great thing. Even older people, when they hear it, their eyes light up. This is our future.

We realized pretty soon after we started that we didn't have a church choir, we had a community choir.
