Trends and issues change, so it is important we stay with the times.

No, it's OK. Just keep going.

Many of our Latino kids, that we have in our system, are brilliant kids.... but, we as a system have placed a value judgement that unless they can do it in our language, we don't give them credit for it.

The kids are working hard, and we should be right there in contention. They all had a good summer and they are ready to go.

We have kids who sometimes engage in willful blindness. I think that's one that can often make a difference in the jury room.
