It is certainly true that people who graduate from high school and don't have kids before they are 21 have a higher earning capacity. But you can't begin to define the causes of poverty based on just those two factors.

I'm extremely disappointed. I'm proud of the way our program runs and the way our kids represent the school, but there's some differences with the administration with the way I conduct business.

These guys are high school kids, so of course (struggling at times) is going to linger with them a bit. But Nick was able to get himself back after a couple of bad pitches, rather than let it get away from him. It was important for Marc to get that ground ball right away, and he's really good about settling down and not getting too frustrated, realizing that's going to happen.

The data is pretty extensive that pre-school training produces markedly increased earning ability when those children reach adulthood.

We are asking people to walk their children to school, and to get children together and to assist them as best they can, ... We're asking for parent volunteers to look as they're walking if there are other kids walking separately, to bring them into the group and assist them that way.
