It is an ideal house for some young couple. If this house sells and works out, we want to try and put in a duplex.

If we can get a duplex in, it would be ideal for an older couple. It would be great for the farmer looking to move into town. We are hoping this will house we are building now will start a bit of a trend.

We don't have to put a house on every vacant lot.
