It has been a long difficult process, but in the end we believe we've struck a responsible balance between increasing funding for such priorities as education and medical research, without overburdening the American taxpayer,

Centauri made us run one step faster than we wanted to. Sometimes that takes you off balance, and we didn't have the concentration to finish off many of our shots.

I would think that, on balance, that would be a major plus.

But obviously the further back you are, there's more to balance and work through. It doesn't take much in such a complex program to cause a delay like this. It was something we would have liked to have avoided. Now that we are getting closer to the new date, we have a good feel for everything in front of us and what needs to happen.

He's running as well as I've seen him run in recent years. His balance is phenomenal.

I believe the Patriot Act strikes the right balance needed to protect our freedom and security.
