It gives the public a day to come and walk around our school and see what we have to offer here. We're giving away stuff and all the events are free.

We offer so much here and work with all animals. People can go on tours of the vet school, large and small animal hospitals, and see what all we have to offer here.

Emotional conditioning is crucial because once you get to any level in sport -- whether high school, division I collegiate, the nationals, the Olympics, or even as a weekend warrior -- everyone is pretty equal physically. It's those who can handle noise, stress, pressure, and distraction who are the ones that win.

While at lot of focus has been placed on the school kitchen, if the message is not backed up by a healthy, balanced diet at home, providing two-thirds of a child's dietary requirements, we will not win the battle against dietary related ill-health.

We're just relaxing at the moment, and we'll probably do another single again one day, but nothing is planned for the near future.

I have patients who graze throughout the day. They drink caloric beverages. They have three snacks a day. Salad dressings add up. It all adds up.
