It finally happened. I feel great. This is for all those kids who didn't get a championship.

That was awesome to see, and it's great to see what we practiced (pay off) and to see the kids try it and be brave enough to try it in a match.

I think coach may have used a red marker on some of the kids.

We still doubled from all our stunts. We still did a kick-double basket toss. Our tumbling is a step down (from past years), but overall, they stepped up.

This is a young team, so there were no expectations. Every single competition, we had an injury on the day of, or the day before. All the changes and having to step up helped us.

We got to the tournament a little later than we normally do and the kids had to warm up real fast.
