It felt wonderful to shut out a team in the Penguins Cup finals, especially Serra.

For me, personally, it was fairly easy. My defense had the game of their lives.

Going into [the Penguins Cup], we are used to being the No. 1 seed. But I give Quaker Valley all the credit in the world. Absolutely, positively, they deserve to be where they are.

The Stanley Cup finals, that was a good lesson for me,

We have bigger and better things to look forward to: the Stanley Cup Finals.

I couldn't ask for anything better on my birthday than having the cup in my hands. It was a fantastic weekend and a wonderful team effort.
