It appears that we have a number of people who are not obeying the speed zones around schools, and so it's significant enough that we need to do something.

It requires no installation on a target machine and there's no downtime; with most other systems you have to get all the users off first.

For the Ku Klux Klan to now attempt to engage schools is a new and scary development in Michigan. Schools are a breeding ground for racism. This has to be stomped out right away.
