Israel will embark on this path certainly for the next four years with the hope that a Palestinian partner that Israel finds credible will indeed be built over this period.

Suicide attacks are not limited to the Palestinians. There can be Jewish suicide attackers. Their first target is the prime minister. We have no experience dealing with such extremists.

The minute I land in Israel, everything will be clear and everyone will know.

We should remember that they were not born with a lust for murdering Israelis.

I will take any position offered to me that I think is fitting for me. I have more experience and understanding in security, but my experience can help me succeed at anything.

Without a Palestinian partner, Israel needs to take the initiative itself.
