Is he a leading citizen? Yes, he is. Does he have a lot of friends because of that? Yes, he does. (But) I'm not aware that he's become a great force in politics.

Would you have guests come to your hotel and die of thirst? Or would you possibly send notice not to come? We'd possibly have our guests not come that year. You build that in to your business plan.

We could start construction this summer, but in all likelihood these approvals will require a good bit more time. We'll go as fast as we can.
