In the last five years ? even more so in the last two years ? there has been a wave of these types of cases.

It's not as bad as it was in the sense of the sheer brutality of 100 years ago - before labor laws and food safety laws. But for the times we're in now, the situation is much in line with what it was 100 years ago.

The problem with not having a camera is that one must trust the analysis of a reporter who's telling you what occurred in the courtroom. You have to take into consideration the filtering effect of that person's own biases.

Whereas if you have a camera in the courtroom, there's no filtering. What you see is what's there.

It really lessens your worries about taxing them.
