In the four years I've done it, I've coached 21 Division I players. Everything I do, I'm preparing myself to be a college coach.

I love central Iowa. There's so much to do, so many great people. The sports scene from girls' basketball to the Iowa Cubs to teams at Wells Fargo Arena is really high right now.

Coaching in the best conference in Iowa was an opportunity that doesn't come along every day.
