In the Arab and Israeli worlds' eyes, Jared Kushner is a perfectly plausible American arbiter of - if not peace - then at least more process, procedure, and posturing.

No Arab ruler will consider the peace process seriously so long as he is able to toy with the idea of achieving more by the way of violence.

This is not a normal process or procedure nor do we want to see it become that.

We altered the rotations of units during the January election. And I think it's perfectly plausible to assume we'll do the same thing for this election,

Russia as co-sponsor (of the peace process) will take an active part in questions relating to Israeli-Palestinian reconciliation and will make further efforts to encourage negotiations,
