In retrospect, it was a mistake. If I had it to do all over again, we certainly wouldn't have (not protected Shelton). As we are now seeing it, the power is obviously there with him.

There certainly has been the emphasis -- and has to be the emphasis -- on getting back on track. However, there's no doubt that, in this job, you're evaluated by wins and losses.

That might be something we might need to see, not as the norm, but certainly as a far more accepted practice in the UK.

Looking back in retrospect, there were some great moments working with some great people, ... I don't know quite how to put it into words. I don't look at it quite the same way other people do.
