In our research, women who appeared clinically dead, with no blood pressure and no palpable pulse, were resuscitated and kept alive for up to two days while waiting for blood transfusions.

These results are dramatic, particularly given that the NASG can be easily applied by anyone. No medical training is necessary.

This invisibility [of Black women], however, means that the opportunities for creative research are infinite.

But more research needs to be done to show the techniques are safe and effective.

This maps onto Yankee Group research. We, too, have found that men are heavier users of these technologies than women, and better educated people tend to have more consumer-electronic devices than other segments.

Our research shows that women in our targeted age group know what they want and have the means to purchase it.
