In order to qualify for Vision Iowa grants, businesses will have to pay $20.32 an hour in Plymouth County. That's the only downside to it. We have pushed wage standards up in the county.

We want to continue our vision of economic development. First and foremost, we need to establish a workable economic development plan.

Through it all there is order and symmetry and a vision of what the completed edifice will be; a vision of a perfect structure, dedicated wholly to the honor and glory of a great, good and loving God.

I hope the board will continue to use the document as a tool to keep the county moving forward.
