In New York or L.A., it's just a big city thing. People are fascinated by it because it's coming from a small city in the Midwest.

The New York store has always had a cult following. (Customers) feel really comfortable there and they like the staff.

The lesson from that is don't let political people decide to make the rebuilding their legacy, as [New York Gov. George] Pataki did. It isn't anyone's legacy. And beware when it gets taken over by real estate.
